En el Hoyo (2006)

In the Pit is a snapshot of a team of concrete construction workers in Mexico City.  A superhighway built above the city is under construction, but at a tremendous price. The working conditions are very unsafe, but since there is a shortage of work (see: illegal workers in USA), the construction company can afford to fire whomever they wish as men are lined up for the better than average wages.

The film doesn't try to be political, which is nice. It focuses on the lives, personalities, and fears of the labourers.
