Angel-A (2005)
This is really a cool flick about man's relationship with God (or at least a goddess-like figure).
André is a lowlife Parisian who has accumulated debt with several sharks and has reached the end of his credit. In an effort to end his life, he ends up saving a leggy blonde from the Seine. She decides to become his indentured servant and ends up helping André out of his misery in miraculous ways.
My worldview and understanding of God is different and from writer/director Luc Besson's, but I think there is definite value in seeing this film, if only for the great acting, cinematography and great questions that follow the film.
