Venus (2006)

Peter O'Toole plays an elderly actor whose buddy has a live-in caretaker. The actor becomes bewitched by the the young woman and he takes her under her wing as she begins to take advantage of his kind and lustful nature.

The film essentially tackles cross-generational inspiration as an issue and does it in a raw and somewhat powerful way. There are some predictable bits, but also some surprising turns without getting too sentimental.
